My husband and I decided that we needed to file Bankruptcy in August and so I contacted different lawyers by either leaving a voicemail or submitting an email request for more information. Needless to say this was around 630 pm on a weeknight and David Tidd contacted me. I was in shock that a lawy...er contacted me so quickly. We set up an appointment to get together and discuss our situation. David answered all of my questions and did not sugar coat anything. David was was also easy to work with. He let me know what I needed in order to file and helped us along the way. I even had a lag of time in between months where we had to wait to get an appraisal on our home done due to finances and he did not forget about us. We filed in December and had our trustee appointment in February and the case was signed off on in the same day. Most likely due to the fact that David had everything filled out as it should be and no T was left uncrossed or I was left un-dotted. David was great to work with; he understood the situation and showed compassion. Where most lawyers just want to get your money and and be done, this was not the case for David. I would use David again and I will also highly recommend him to my friends and family.
