I would not recommend. I had to get a name removed from a deed. I have given the attorney the information which was needed( this is a simple transaction). I was told this should take a few days. 4 weeks later and still NOTHING. I used a service called Legal Ease and the disturbing part is that the at...torney is telling "legal ease" that he has been in contact with me, which he has not., then the story changed where the attorney was supposedly sick for a few weeks but cant pickup the phone or send an email. I can see now why their reviews are so bad. He( Larry) wasted 4 weeks of my time. So now come the reviews.

I hired Mr Avallone to handle a foreclosure. He handed the case off to another attorney in his office who retired right before the court case. As a result I ended up with Avallone who was not prepared to handle the case. It’s 5 years later and I’m still dealing with the fall out from Avallone’s i...ncompetence and unpreparedness. Although Avallone cannot seems to find the time to prepare for your case he can always find the time to send you a bill.
