This lawyer was terrible start to finish. Unfortunately I am experinced in the system and my expectations are standard. I say that to give perspective to the reader. I was not expecting miracles. As a baseline, he returns no calls, was late to all 4 hearings, continued 3 times, accidentally offered m...e 90 days to 5 years on my first dui and when I said something he went back to the day and came back with the max of 3 days to 6 months. Mind you he emailed me a guilty plea- no phone call- and said we could get ard. The sentence I took no issues with. But i wish I would’ve saved my money. This guy was worse than a public defender just off of principle. Shouldn’t even practice law

Attorney Pendergrast represented my son for a 3rd DUI charge. He was looking at a 1-7 year state prison sentence. Attorney Tim applied for every program possible and patiently explained our options. He never gave up. He treated my family with respect and was by my son’s side at every court appear...ance. In the end my son received a 50/50 sentence (6 months work release/6 months house arrest).
