Great Experience

James represented me in a divorce. I’ve spoken with friends who went through the same thing I can say that my experience was far better. Both the outcome and the cost.

DUI Case

I was charged with a second offense DUI and Mr. Madsen was able to greatly reduce the charges. He made the entire process relatively simple and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. I would recommend him to any friends facing a similar situation.

Great result in a traffic case

Mr. Mattson is a very engaging lawyer. He answered my calls and my questions and concerns about this case. I received a traffic ticket in Easton and I hired him and he was able to get it reduced to no points. Highly recommend five out of five stars.

Highly recommended used in various legal matters

I have known Mr. James Madsen for approximately 6 years. Mr. Madsen is an outstanding lawyer and a master strategist. Mr. Madsen has provided outstanding legal advice and guidance to me. He has represented me in the most professional manner. James ethics are at the highest standards. His experience, ...knowledge and honesty have become very important to me when he has handled various legal matters for me. Should the situation arise, I will not hesitate to seek representation from James Madsen again. He made me feel confident that he will do his best and in turn I felt so good knowing I had him on my side. I will continue to use Mr. Madsen in any and all my legal needs. I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking legal representation.

Misdirected, under qualified for my case.

Madsen was under qualified for my case from the very beginning. His best attempt at representation continually added fee agreements and a running tabs of “other fees” that I was not even made aware. He lacks professional communication skills and often has too many clients to correctly communicate w...ith you. I would shop around before hiring him, even ask other attorneys what they think of him during consultation, or get a public defender. You do not have to take my word for it, ask around.
