Michael John Vargo

and since I'm not rich I contacted Michael Vargo to get some information on fighting another Law Firm that claimed I didn't pay the Palmer Township taxes and that had put a lien on my property. He was kind and more than just understanding after I showed him the receipts of having paid those taxes......he was honest with me. First he said that if this will get resolved with a phone call and a couple of faxes, he won't charge me...yeah! But he also told me straight up about he worst case scenario... If they will fight this in court, I will incur lawyer fees from him and possibly the other party and ultimately it might be cheaper for me just to pay the $1583 they ask for (keep in mind this is for a $371 tax bill). It really isn't fair for someone living In Palmer Township to have to pay the taxes twice, or in my case 4.3 times.

I was referred to Attorney Vargo to represent me in my divorce. I was very dissatisfied with the responsiveness, and keeping me informed with the status of my case. I unfortunately had to retain him up front, otherwise I would have taken my services elsewhere almost immediately. I had to follow up... with him numerous times, and he at one point admitted that he had forgotten to submit my documents that were processed two months prior. I wasn't notified by him that my divorce was granted with the courthouse, I had to call the courthouse myself.
