I hired Mark to help out with a situation that my "man child" got himself into. He did something stupid, for lack of a better word, which could have ended up with him being charged with a criminal offense. As a crazy, worried Mom Mark couldn't have been more understanding and caring. Through the... process he spoke frankly with my son and let him know that what he did was a bit strange especially for an adult. The outcome was better than what we had hoped. Mark was awesome!
