The ansolute best criminal attorney I've ever hired. Attorney Mark Minotti has won ALL my, VERY SERIOUS criminal cases, to the absoute best results!,( several times in the last 11 years), including my most recent case in Northampton county- NOV. 9th, 2023- Where he had achieved amazing result...s where, in my opinion, no other criminal attorney in the county could have done!! His staff/ and his colleagues treated me amazing throughout the ENTIRE ordeal. ( each and EVERY time -per case over the years, and in late, again, a few days ago!) I would HIGHLY recommend Attorney Mark Minotti to anyone in need of a brilliant Attorney to get amazing , possitive outcome's in very scary cases! Its a shame there's only a 1- 5 star ratingseystem in play here because atty. Minotti would be receiving the prestigious 10- outa 10 stars!!!!

I give Mark a thumbs up...in my case the outcome had a few possibilities...only one was positive as far as I was concerned. I was not privy to what went on behind closed doors with Mark and the DA etc. but at my final court appearance I was given the break I was looking for. I met with Mr. Minotti for the first time to discuss the charges that were bestowed upon me from an automobile accident that I was involved in. During the consultation with him, I knew almost immediately that Mark was going to be representing me. When I went into his office for the first time, my fir...st thought was "this case is so small and irrelevant compared to the others he deals with". I really did not think it would be such a big deal, but after talking about everything that happened, I realized that EVERY case mattered to him, no matter how small. He listened to and examined every aspect of my case and was extremely determined to fight for me. We met a few times after he reviewed the files I sent him, and he even came out to do a reconstruction of the accident so he could obtain a better understanding of what happened! During the hearing, he was extremely professional and very thorough when presenting my case. In the end, the charges were dropped and I cannot thank him enough for what he did for me. I would highly recommend Mr. Minotti for ANY case, even if it's just a traffic violation. He cares about his clients and he will fight to win for you!

We recently retained Mark Minotti for a driving while suspended case. During the consultation he was very up front on what most likely the outcome would be, however, he said he would do his best! Honestly, my first thought was, this is such a small case to him that we would see him on the scheduled c...ourt date and the outcome would be what it would be. NOT THE CASE at all! He called days before to discuss the case again and within hours he had a much much better ending to look forward too.
