I hired Attorney Minotti to represent me for a first offense DUI. The DUI laws are changing, becoming more strict, and actually somewhat confusing. Mark kept me informed during the whole process, was very straight forward about the outcome of my offense, and personally represented me at every hear...ing and court date. I hired Mr. Minotti to represent my husband for a probation violation. He was looking at possibly getting sent upstate.
