We recently retained Mark Minotti for a driving while suspended case. During the consultation he was very up front on what most likely the outcome would be, however, he said he would do his best! Honestly, my first thought was, this is such a small case to him that we would see him on the scheduled c...ourt date and the outcome would be what it would be. NOT THE CASE at all!
