I've lived so far in 7 countries and in the top cities in the world. A new yorker for decades. Never had problems with the law. Moved to a small 'village/town' in PA and suffered the power tripping of local PD. I was shocked, in disbelief and not sure what's next. One thing I knew for sure is that it...'s a defining moment in my life. I can't gamble on it. Mark should be hired by Hollywood as an example of a competent lawyer who really defends his customer. I mean, I've seen plenty of dramatic movies when a lawyer defends his client, but the way Mark went on the arresting officer left me speechless. Soo much caring and passion. I'm self-employed too, so I know the difference between pretending to care about a customer, or actually care. I was very skeptical in the beginning thinking I'm out of luck, where do I find a competent lawyer here? Mark and his assistant Beth exceeded my expectations. True professionals. World class. This is my first review of anyone or anything on the internet. I enjoyed doing it , because my appreciation for his professionalism has been noted. He's the one you want in your corner.

This was the worst experience I believe I ever dealt with. I never thought I would be in this position. I was facing two felonies and misdemeanors. He gave me hope and really gave me the best possible outcome I could of hoped for. I got approved for ARD which was rare on my case. With successful comp...letion I am happy with the opportunity to continue my life. At that point in my life, he helped me just stay positive and gave me the confidence that I would beat this.
