This was the worst experience I believe I ever dealt with. I never thought I would be in this position. I was facing two felonies and misdemeanors. He gave me hope and really gave me the best possible outcome I could of hoped for. I got approved for ARD which was rare on my case. I hired Attorney Minotti to represent me for a first offense DUI. The DUI laws are changing, becoming more strict, and actually somewhat confusing. Mark kept me informed during the whole process, was very straight forward about the outcome of my offense, and personally represented me at every hear...ing and court date.
