Eleanor earned her B.B.A. from Temple University Fox School of Business before working in insurance in London in the U.K. She returned to the U.S. to attend Temple University Beasley School of Law and earn her law degree. There, she met her future husband and law partner, Adam D. Meshkov.
Eleanor’s past experience includes three years spent working for the Defender Association of Philadelphia. She is an aggressive trial attorney who is not afraid to stand up for her clients’ rights. Eleanor is a member of the Northampton Bar Association, the Lehigh County Bar Association, the American Association for Justice, and the Pennsylvania Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.

Not worth your time or trouble
Attorney Eleanor Breslin is the worst "professional" I have ever attempted to deal with. She never returned any of my calls over a 4 month period. Ultimately I received a letter from her partner (I guess she couldn't be bothered writing) that they were withdrawing from our case. How can they make any...

Angry and upset client
Would never recommend...late to court, has done nothing for me at all...she sat in court for a $1,000 and asked me what i should do when that was her job! Owes me $300 and is taking over 3 weeks now to give it to me!!!

Never recommend
Hired this attorney and she failed miserablely. I would not reccommend, she was unprepared, late to court, and had a spiteful attitude. Do not use her or her office.
