Hala is the owner of Khouly Law. A long-time resident of the Lehigh Valley, Hala has been practicing law locally for over 8 years. She has represented clients in a wide range of civil, criminal and administrative proceedings. From PFAs to Eviction actions, Immigration Defense to Criminal Defense, Estate planning to Estate Administration.
