A member of both the Business Law and the Estate Planning and Administration Practice Groups, my practice is devoted to the areas of corporations, business and nonprofit law, limited liability companies, and partnerships; contracts; business mergers, sales, leasing and acquisitions; commercial and residential real estate acquisitions, sales and leasing; wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives; and estate administration.
I am a member of the Bar Assn of Lehigh County, the Pennsylvania Bar Assn, and the American Bar Assn. I am a member of the Real Property, Probate, and Trust Section of the American Bar Assn; the Estate Planning Council of the Lehigh Valley; the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce; and LeTip of the Lehigh Valley.
I have served on Boards of Directors for numerous community and civic organizations, including the Small Business Council of the Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce; Parkland Area Soccer Club; Jewish Family Service of the Lehigh Valley; Tau Kappa Epsilon Fraternity of Bloomsburg University; Project Yachad; and the Allentown Jewish Community Center. I frequently lecture on business matters and topics of estate planning and administration, including the popular program "What Happens To My Stuff If I Die". I have appeared as a guest on Gene Dickison's More Than Money radio program on WAEB AM 790, where I also served as a guest host.
Before becoming an attorney, I served as the Corporate Marketing Director for Holt Broadcasting, which owned Lehigh Valley radio stations WZZO and WKAP. I returned to school in 1989 and received my law degree from Widener University School of Law in 1992, where I was a staff writer for the Law Forum and a member of Phi Delta Phi honor fraternity.
I am the third generation of my family to practice law, following my father, Jerome B. Frank, who is a Partner of KingSpry, and my great-uncle, Bernard Frank, who practiced law in the Lehigh Valley from 1939 until his death in 2002.
