Frank took the time to work with me and my business partner to explain and take the mystery out of purchasing a franchise that came with a sublease agreement with Wal Mart. This was our first franchise and we were so pleased with Frank he is now working on our second target acquisition. Hired Atny Trovato to represent me about a judgement against me due to an earlier divorce. He was extremely non-helpful and seemed more interested in making sure the other parties interests were taken care of than mine. He overbilled tremendously. He billed two hours to reviewed interrogatorie...s which I reviewed and filled out in less than 30 minutes. Furthermore, he did not need to review them at all since he had no need or ever used the information. The only legal advice he ever gave me was to tell the truth at a deposition. When I asked him a legal question he responded "I will have to think about that." and never got back to me.
