After 5 years of a high conflict custody case, I fired my local attorney with 40 years of experience and political ties to the Courthouse after numerous conciliatory hearings, court ordered therapists, custody evaluations, reunification therapy and the continued physical and emotional abuse sustained... by my children at the hands of their father and unfortunately a Court system that had failed to listen to them. I hired Frank to represent me at an evidentiary trial where I was being accused of contempt and had filed my own Motion seeking a modification of custody in asking for sole legal and physical custody of my teenage children. Frank was honest, compassionate, attentive, diligent and well prepared from our first meeting until we went to trial. He commanded the courtroom in direct questioning and was a presence to be reckoned with at trial before a brand new Judge assigned to the family court. Not knowing the precedent this new Judge would set in one of his first custody trials was a concern but Frank was confident, presented the facts and exposed my ex-husband in questioning. After a 4 hour trial and a month of waiting, we received a 15 page Order detailing every prong of the best interest of the child statute and was awarded FULL legal and physical custody. Frank did for me in a month what an attorney with 40 years experience couldn’t get done in 5 years. Frank is well versed on family court law and understands what teenagers today deal with academically and in their athletic pursuits on a collegiate level. He has a personal approach with his clients which is very much appreciated. He was a text away and always responded. Having 25 years of experience myself as a paralegal, I can tell you Frank is the real deal and he will get “the best interest of the child“ result your family deserves. I can’t thank him enough for the relief he has brought my family.

Frank was the best choice for my family and I, because he was able to meet with me in Pennsylvania and represent me in New Jersey. He was always available to answer any questions I had, and prepared to execute a perfect offensive or defensive plan no matter what I threw his way!
