Further, even though Mom's doctor testified that Mom's medical condition did not affect her ability to parent, the trial courtourt found that Mom's medical condition did affect her ability to parent. The trial court allowed Dad to relocate witht he child. Mom appealed. The Nevada Supreme Court found that the trial court abused its discretion in allowing the evidence that had never before been disclosed and in the finding that Mom's medical condition affected her ability to parent. The Supreme Court completely reversed and denied Dad's request to relocate. Mom was allowed to have primary physical custody of the child.
