I hired attorney nahas for 2 cases, one in which is still pending. I represented myself pro se and entered a guilty plea for one count of resisting arrest which could very well have possibly sent me to state prison due to my prior record score. As soon as i sat down to discuss the matter with him he ...was right on the phone calling multiple people trying to figure this case out. It was very beneficial he had a plea deal arranged for me at sentencing after i withdrew the original plea i agreed to. 3 felonies and various misdemeanors were dropped and i plead out to 1 summary and a $100 fine. Awesome. The nature of the charges i still have pending are very serious and can very well put me away until my 18 month old daughter is old enough to be getting married. However knowing i have a good team that has my back to represent me gives me a little bit of peace of mind and allows me to get a little bit of rest at night sometimes. I would never recommend another attorney. Years ago i hired an attorney for the same cost for the retainer and he did absolutely nothing to fight for me. I was put in jail for 5 months for an underage drinking charge and scheduled for court on a saturday (obviously there is no such thing as court on a saturday). And it took 5 months for him to even make an attempt to discuss the matter with the district attorney. That is certainly not the case with Mr. Nahas. And also his assistant shirley is a very kind person and always on top of everything 100%. If youre going to hire an attorney look no further.

I made a small mistake one night that was alcohol related and the police went crazy with the charges. 5 felonies, 4 misdemeanors and a bunch of citations. Prior to my hearing this past week things were not looking as though they would pan out in my favor. However, last minute, he recalled that a recent case in the PA Supreme Court changed the way DUI's in PA are processed. I was initially looking at a major loss and change in my life, and thankfully b...ecause of him I can maintain my current drivers' license and "freedom"

Cop had erroneously charged me with Aggravated, Simple Assault, Endangering the Welfare, possession of a weapon of crime, and Disorderly Conduct, all with a deadly weapon.
