Prior to my hearing this past week things were not looking as though they would pan out in my favor. Cop had erroneously charged me with Aggravated, Simple Assault, Endangering the Welfare, possession of a weapon of crime, and Disorderly Conduct, all with a deadly weapon. Attorney Nahas left them with their jaws on the floor when he had everything dropped, and had a plea to a non-traffic DC. $300 fi...ne, I was looking at a decade plus.
