Contacted several attorneys and Joe Nahas was the only one who after I explained what happened told me it was an illegal search and would get it dropped. To start, there aren't enough stars to show my gratitude to Joseph and his staff. To start, he came to see me in the jail to get my side of the story. From there I knew I wanted him to defend me. Going into the office for the first time, we met Shirley. She is Joseph's right hand woman, and a VER...Y valuable part of his team. She made me feel like I was family, and that there was nothing to worry about. She assured me that she and Joseph will fight tooth and nail for me, and she was very sympathetic towards my situation. I can't praise her enough. On to Joseph, he's a pitbull. From minute one, he hunkered down, dug his toes in, and started pressing forward. Fact by fact, video by video, and listening to my side, we built the case. We endured a few set backs up front, which he predicted from prior knowledge of judges. He's a human vaccum of law.... He was very aggressive towards the PSP and the DA's witnesses. When it came to the jury trial, be bestowed upon the jurors all of our truths, and all of their lives. He pinned them down like no other. Thanks to him, we beat 9 charges from attempted murder to harassment. It took 14 months, but we got it done. I'm a free man thanks to the truth, Attorney Nahas, and Shirley. I also had a great support system made up of family and TRUE friends. I'll never get back those 14 mos that a scumbag took from me and my family, but Joseph assured a new start in life. As many thanks that I can muster up go to him. THANK YOU !!!!!!!
