I got into some really eccentric charges. Mr. Nahas told me what could happen if I didn’t beat the charges. Straight forward on what could’ve happened. He didn’t promise me anything. But when it came time to deliver in the PFA hearing then my prelim, he mopped the floor with the prosecution. Because ...he knew I was innocent. And unfortunately, it’s you having to prove your own innocence. He crushed the DA at the prelim and everything was rightfully dropped. It didn’t last an hour at the magistrate for my prelim. My advice is do not be cheap with lawyers, and I will have Mr. Nahas at any future defense hearing.

Joe managed to save my son's ARD after he was scheduled for revocation. Everyone, including our family, thought revocation was inevitable. Mr. Nahas is absolutely the best attorney around. I was on my second dui in 7 years and was a complete mess with sorry. Joe accepted my case and spoke with me. He was very upfront and explained all of the possible consequences, which scared the he'll out of me Joe then provided the very best ad...vise and really took the time to make sure I would receive the best outcome in my situation.
