Mr. Nahas is absolutely the best attorney around. I was on my second dui in 7 years and was a complete mess with sorry. Joe accepted my case and spoke with me. He was very upfront and explained all of the possible consequences, which scared the he'll out of me Joe then provided the very best ad...vise and really took the time to make sure I would receive the best outcome in my situation. He and Shirley showed me that they both really care about their clients and are truly concerned with the outcome. Thanks to Joe I received the minimal amount of punishment allowable which was time served due to inpatient treatment and a fine.
