I hired attorney nahas for 2 cases, one in which is still pending. I represented myself pro se and entered a guilty plea for one count of resisting arrest which could very well have possibly sent me to state prison due to my prior record score. As soon as i sat down to discuss the matter with him he ...was right on the phone calling multiple people trying to figure this case out. It was very beneficial he had a plea deal arranged for me at sentencing after i withdrew the original plea i agreed to. 3 felonies and various misdemeanors were dropped and i plead out to 1 summary and a $100 fine. Awesome. The nature of the charges i still have pending are very serious and can very well put me away until my 18 month old daughter is old enough to be getting married. However knowing i have a good team that has my back to represent me gives me a little bit of peace of mind and allows me to get a little bit of rest at night sometimes. I would never recommend another attorney. Years ago i hired an attorney for the same cost for the retainer and he did absolutely nothing to fight for me. I was put in jail for 5 months for an underage drinking charge and scheduled for court on a saturday (obviously there is no such thing as court on a saturday). And it took 5 months for him to even make an attempt to discuss the matter with the district attorney. That is certainly not the case with Mr. Nahas. And also his assistant shirley is a very kind person and always on top of everything 100%. If youre going to hire an attorney look no further.

Mr. Nahas is the lawyer that you want to represent you, I can tell you this now. In 2019, my life was in a downward spiral and I got 2 DUI’s in less then a year and thought for sure that I was going to jail. I heard of how professional that Joe was but never had him as an attorney, I brought all m...y paperwork to Joe and he was brutally honest right from the start, he had told me how I was looking at jail time and how I needed to straighten my life out in order to stay out of jail, after talking to him I admitted myself to an inpatient rehab and I haven’t looked back. After I got out of rehab, I had my hearings and Joe and his paralegal, Shirley, were on the ball with everything and I mean everything. Joe is a very confident lawyer and makes you feel just as confident when he represents you, I had both of my hearings in the last two months and I am proud to say that because of Joe, I am sober for over 9 months and get to stay at home and raise my daughter as opposed to being in jail. I see Joe from time to time at church and he is just as nice. Great lawyer and great man.

Joe helped me out during a difficult time after losing my father. The second I contacted him, he started working on my case right away. The amount of hours and work he put into one week ceased my expectations. I wouldn’t choose any other lawyer from here on out. I got arrested for a third dui I very worried and when I asked people who would be the best Attorney to get everyone said to call Attorney Nahas and I am very happy that I did. Attorney Nahas started working on my case right away and was honest with me the whole way. He got me a plea deal at the prel...iminary hearing which I was very happy with. Then he called me the night before my sentencing and told me the district attorney wasn’t gonna accept the plea so Attorney Nahas went right back to work to get the best possible outcome for me. I would never step in another courtroom without Attorney Nahas. So if you need an attorney give him a call and I guarantee he will work hard to get you the best possible outcome.

I was looking at spending the rest of my life behind bars because me and my wife took someone in to our home and out of the system well it ended up with this person accusing me of all kinds of sexual stuff so when I found out about all of this I call joe and he seen me right away he and his staff che...cked on everything going on and it turned up that they had a warrant for my arrest he and his staff made a phone call and kept me out of jail after that Joe was by my side every step of the way for 2 yrs he worked on my case talking to people doing interviews with people day and night none stop I have never seen a group of people work so hard to keep people who and not guilty of suck a hainess crime this man and his staff are truly a blessing to me and my family I owe him my life without him and his staff I would be in prison for something I didn’t do thank you Joseph Nahas I would strongly recommend anyone that isn’t guilty of a crime to go to see him and his staff for all your needs
