Had a situation that went further than it should have at my house involving family. Me and brother were charged 3 days later. His charges being felony and 2 misdemeanors. I was tied to his case with a simple assault. We went through prelim and Joe found many inconsistencies. Then went through motion ...hearing and only wanted to drop felony charge for my brother and nothing for me. Joe told DA, without consulting us that you don’t have strangulation. Joe said, “looks like we are going to trial, you on board boys?” We said, “yes”. Joe believed in us from the beginning. He never backed down. We went to trial and the jurors acquitted us on all charges as deliberation lasted 15 minutes. I’ve known Joe for many years, great guy and is a bull in the court room. He gave me and my brothers life back. I recommend Attorney Nahas. Very professional and diligent in his work. He is a class act, highly knowledgeable in his craft. Very courteous, always sharply dressed and well spoken for. I greatly appreciate his work for me and my brother. His secretary is the best. Prior to my hearing this past week things were not looking as though they would pan out in my favor. However, last minute, he recalled that a recent case in the PA Supreme Court changed the way DUI's in PA are processed. I was initially looking at a major loss and change in my life, and thankfully b...ecause of him I can maintain my current drivers' license and "freedom"

Second DUI. Because i was running out of time and Attorney Nahas has an office I pass by goin to work, I stopped, no choice. BEST thing i EVER did. Case was complicated but to make a long story short....Education, Experience, Hard work through research, and i belive Personality in the courtroom blew ...my case out the window. I'm goin to go out and dance in the street. AGAIN !! You and the girls are the Best!
