I hired attorney nahas for 2 cases, one in which is still pending. I represented myself pro se and entered a guilty plea for one count of resisting arrest which could very well have possibly sent me to state prison due to my prior record score. As soon as i sat down to discuss the matter with him he ...was right on the phone calling multiple people trying to figure this case out. It was very beneficial he had a plea deal arranged for me at sentencing after i withdrew the original plea i agreed to. 3 felonies and various misdemeanors were dropped and i plead out to 1 summary and a $100 fine. Awesome. The nature of the charges i still have pending are very serious and can very well put me away until my 18 month old daughter is old enough to be getting married. However knowing i have a good team that has my back to represent me gives me a little bit of peace of mind and allows me to get a little bit of rest at night sometimes. I would never recommend another attorney. Years ago i hired an attorney for the same cost for the retainer and he did absolutely nothing to fight for me. I was put in jail for 5 months for an underage drinking charge and scheduled for court on a saturday (obviously there is no such thing as court on a saturday). And it took 5 months for him to even make an attempt to discuss the matter with the district attorney. That is certainly not the case with Mr. Nahas. And also his assistant shirley is a very kind person and always on top of everything 100%. If youre going to hire an attorney look no further.

I made a small mistake one night that was alcohol related and the police went crazy with the charges. 5 felonies, 4 misdemeanors and a bunch of citations. My sons arrest was 5/24/2019 – Today, 6/29/2020 I could have fell to my knees after Attorney Nahas called with an update ….. What can I say – I read reviews and had a consult with Attorney Nahas. Prior to that consult, his secretary – Shirley spent so much time on the telephone with me explaining eve...ry aspect my son’s case that could’ve gone wrong. My son was being charged with his 3rd DUI and also had several additional charges that we never thought would be dismissed. He was also looking at jail time and on top of that he was expecting his first child with his girlfriend. Of course, being human, I thought that possibly Attorney Nahas may have been potentially promising me the world (as well as informing me of the negative outcome) just to obtain my business and retainers fee. Speaking with him at our consult he really impressed us with his knowledge and the different avenues we can take and the worst outcome we may expect. He even sternly told my son, who did not have a haircut forever, NOT to show up looking like he was or he wouldn’t represent him. I was very impressed. We obtained his representation and the legal process began. At out trial hearing the police office that pulled my son over was present. Attorney Nahas left us SPEECHLESS with his words, his direction that he was taking his defense in and so many holes that he found in the whole investigation of my sons case during his cross examination with the police officer. We left that hearing with some hope, however, to continue to go to trial it would’ve been another $5000-$7000. 13-months later, I receive a call from Attorney Nahas that HE BEAT EVERY CHARGE for my son (except one that attached a $100 fine!) …. He will only be charged with a summary offence… His talent, knowledge and perseverance to our case was worth EVERY CENT I spent – my first impression was definitely the right one and all I can say if you need a good defense lawyer and you need to have representation that counts on your LIFE – you seriously need to obtain his services. You will regret your decision if you do not --- he is truly a miracle worker. And someone who doesn’t believe in reviews like myself has learned a lesson. Attorney Nahas’s reviews were excellent and what he did for us just adds triple fold to his worth! A million thank you’s will never, never be enough. He saved my sons life – and for that I will always be grateful.

Was recently in a situation with a contractor where there was an issue of workmanship failure. Normally Mr. Nahas told me this wasn't the sort of thing he handles but made time to handle it for us. Without court apprearence attorney Nahas was able to fight for us and come to agreement and settle the... differences. He's intelligent and knows how to handle a situation and made sure within the law we were protected and remimbursed. He was absolutely more then fair on what he charged and I would highly recommend him for anyone in need of an attorney.
