Easily the best. I was facing some serious charges for a second time. Throughout the entire process, Attorney Nahas was responsive, diligent, and very honest about the case. He also was kind and caring, making it a little easier during a very stressful time. Eventually my case was dismissed and I kno...w this would not have been the outcome had he not been my attorney. Had a situation that went further than it should have at my house involving family. Me and brother were charged 3 days later. His charges being felony and 2 misdemeanors. I was tied to his case with a simple assault. We went through prelim and Joe found many inconsistencies. Then went through motion ...hearing and only wanted to drop felony charge for my brother and nothing for me. Joe told DA, without consulting us that you don’t have strangulation. Joe said, “looks like we are going to trial, you on board boys?” We said, “yes”. Joe believed in us from the beginning. He never backed down. We went to trial and the jurors acquitted us on all charges as deliberation lasted 15 minutes. I’ve known Joe for many years, great guy and is a bull in the court room. He gave me and my brothers life back. I recommend Attorney Nahas. Very professional and diligent in his work. He is a class act, highly knowledgeable in his craft. I made a small mistake one night that was alcohol related and the police went crazy with the charges. 5 felonies, 4 misdemeanors and a bunch of citations. First time I was in trouble with the law and was terrified. Attorney Nahas explained everything to me and went to work. Got it down to 1 year of p...robation and a $100 fine. There are only 2 people in the world I trust my life with and one of them is attorney Nahas. Nahas and his team are top notch professional people.

I got into some really eccentric charges. Mr. Nahas told me what could happen if I didn’t beat the charges. Straight forward on what could’ve happened. He didn’t promise me anything. But when it came time to deliver in the PFA hearing then my prelim, he mopped the floor with the prosecution. Because ...he knew I was innocent. And unfortunately, it’s you having to prove your own innocence. He crushed the DA at the prelim and everything was rightfully dropped. It didn’t last an hour at the magistrate for my prelim. My advice is do not be cheap with lawyers, and I will have Mr. Nahas at any future defense hearing.
