I was miss informed & miss repersentation

I used her for a reastate transaction she was also the lawyer for both me & the buyer "BIG MISTAKE" She was not fair or impartial to me. She had the buyers interests and not my interests at all. I would think if she was representing us both it would be fair & balanced. She says one thing & did ...another . Always in favor of the buyer 1) She quoted me the coast about $250-$300.00 I was charged $663.00. 2) It would took days for a call to be return, by either her or her so call secretary. 2-1) Her secretary was ill informed & clueless " about her job or what was going. " It took 9 1/2 weeks to get a simple pay-off on my home. Because the so called secretary didn't fill out the correct paperwork for the bank I had to take care of that myself. 3) She "Wendy" said one thing to me & another to the buyer. She told me to come & pick up my check on Friday & she was never in the office, She finally got back to me on Tuesday to get the check, but the buyer wanted something that was not agreed on & she was holding the check until I did what the buyer wanted. "Remove a swing the buyer said she wanted the swing. The buyer asked me for other thing's to be left & when I left them the so called attorney said the buyer wanted them removed. Also the buyer started working on my home by changing siding when I called the lawyer to have her stop work " because 1-I didn't have the check 2-the deed was still in my name. Not sure but the buyer never stopped the work so all I can surmised she never told her to stop. She told me she never did talk to her she said she left messages for her. 4) Before I was given the check the lawyer filed the paperwork to have the deed transformed into the buyers name. 5)I asked her to wait till I removed the swing & picked up the check before she filed the deed, She said she would & ran to the courthouse & filled the paperwork When asked why she did so she said the home had no insurance on it, every time I went to pick up the check the buyer wanted something else done that was not agreed upon. After all said & done the so Attorney said it was all my fault. LOL 6) It took her 2 more days after the deed was transferred before I was given the check, at this point I don't know if the check will clear because the bank hasn't cleared the check yet, but yet they want the keys by pa law they are not to transfer the deed until the check clears "most lawyers give cashier checks" 7) Before the deed was filed & I got the check I wanted out of this deal because the buyer was asking me to do things that where not agreed upon and the buyer was being impossible & instead of this so call lawyer doing as I asked she just kept stalling by not returning my calls 8) there is much more I could say, but there's not enough room to go on. A transactions that should have only taken 3-4 weeks took over 3 months 7) NEVER USE WENDY COLE!!!!! 8) If your selling a home use your own Attorney. Something that should have been an easy & happy occasions was a NIGHTMEAR!!!!!!!!!! Run away from Wendy Cole she should be ashamed to call her self an Attorney!!!!
