Robert Keith Varano

Varano, assigned by PA Dept. of Aging as an initially free-of-charge lawyer who would persuade our local, disinterested police department to investigate a devastating burglarizing of my home (while I was hospitalized), spoke with the police (without my knowledge) but never reported back to me. When... I visited his office a month later, I was told he was too busy to see me. Weeks later I gave up expecting a response. Ironically, Varano's presumed "investigation" matched the policeman's except that Varano never bothered to declare "the investigation is over" while never having investigated anything whatsoever.
