OUTCOME: Case was settled. Debt was discharged.

Debtor was sued after filing chapter 7 bankruptcy. The debt was originally included on the petition, but the Plaintiff sued under a different name. Plaintiff obtained a default judgment and executed on ... debtors property. We filed a Motion for Violation of the discharge in bankruptcy court and the Plaintiff filed an adversary proceeding seeking to have the almost $100,000.00 debt declared nondischargeable.
