Biography
I was born and raised in Elkhart, Indiana. I obtained my Bachelor of Arts degree from Purdue University and later obtained my Juris Doctorate from Western Michigan University - Cooley Law School in Lansing, MI. Following law school, I moved to Columbia County, Pennsylavania where I have been practicing law since 2009.
I have experience in many areas of the law but specialize in Elder Law, Estate Planning and Asset Protection and am A Certified Elder Law Attorney (CELA) by the National Elder Law Foundation. I am a member of many professional organizations such as the Pennsylvania Elder Law Association, National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, Pennsylvania Bar Association, Columbia-Montour Bar Association and I am an accredited attorney with the Department of Veterans Affairs.
In 2020, Elaine Spicher (Elder Care Coordiantor for Kreisher Marshall & Associates, LLC) and I formed Dementia Friendly Susquehanna which was approved by Dementia Friendly America and recognized as a community promoting Dementia awareness, education and support.
I am also active in my community and donate my time to the Bloomsburg Kiwanis Club and I volunteer annually at a charity golf tournament that benefits Pennsylvania Wounded Warriors, Inc.
