James Best was the worst thing to happen to me. He told me I should plead guilty before asking me what happened. I asked why and he said the DA doesn't arrest people before he has an air tight case. He disclosed personal case details to the prosecution without permission. He negotiate...d a plea deal equivalent to the statutory maximum sentence allowed by law and advised me to take the deal. I could not have received a worst sentence within the sentencing guidelines had I went and blown trial. Thanks to his representation I received a 5 1/2 to 25 year sentence. I had no prior adult record! I would have been better off with my cousin. This guy is worthless!
