My son used him for representation and he lied multiple times to the judge and the courts filed false testimony and statements. He attire is very unprofessional and messy. James Best was the worst thing to happen to me. He told me I should plead guilty before asking me what happened. I asked why and he said the DA doesn't arrest people before he has an air tight case. He disclosed personal case details to the prosecution without permission. He negotiate...d a plea deal equivalent to the statutory maximum sentence allowed by law and advised me to take the deal. I could not have received a worst sentence within the sentencing guidelines had I went and blown trial. Thanks to his representation I received a 5 1/2 to 25 year sentence. I had no prior adult record! I would have been better off with my cousin. This guy is worthless!
