I had lost my contract and was attempting to dissolve my company. The police were called and told I was going to kill myself. Weeks prior my x-boyfriend had been arrested for methamphetamines and a gun and other things. When the officer was at my office for my assumed seuacude attempt I asked him to ...review the charges so I would know what we're felonies. 2 days later the officer returned with another call from the same person stating I had drugs. I was not there when they conducted thier search of my place. They confiscated my van which was empty excot for a safe belonging to the x-biyfriend. His mother lives 9 hours away she had called asked me to empty his storage bin so she did not have the bill. It took police 3 days to get a warrent for my van. Inside the safe they found marajuanna seeds I guess like 400 or so. They charged me with them because they were in a safe in my van. At my place on the table laidva paper with 2 safe combinations mine and the X's. My safe had been opened the contents was a pellet gun and amo for it. I removed it from the X's things cuz he had a gun charge put it in my safe. The cops claim they did not open my safe. They did nitbkist the pellet gun on the paper if confiscated things but the news paper said I had a gun (not a pellet gun). Also said I had hasiesh powder believed to be methamphetamines such lies. They came at 9:45pm to take me to court where I was not given a number to call my attorney I was taken to jail where I spent Christmas 2018. I hired Mr.Campanagna after I sat in jail for 9 days. After retaining Pete I did not set foot in a court room. My ruse charges were dismissed when the search warrents were denied by the court. I believe if he had been notified sooner I would have been home sooner. BTW I am a 50yr old woman my x-biyfriend had not lived with or worked for me in 6 months he was fired as the crews leader for falied drug tests. I helped his mom out by emptying his storage shed so she would not have to drive here or pay a monthly bill. Know this you can give someone the world and not have a part in it.
