Attorney Neidig is a guiding light.

Attorney Neidig has been my guiding light while navigating the child custody process. I am a the father of a son with a an unorthodox situation. Despite my complex and unique case. She collaborated with me while we formed a strategy. Attorney Neidig was able to explain things to me clearly and conci...sely. She was also available to consult with anytime I had a concern. Trusting the process is an important concept when it comes to understanding her strategy. With her abundance of experience she will not steer you wrong and will advocate for you throughout the process. Attorney Neidig will also be candid with you and explain what is and isn't possible. Long story short she was able to negotiate that I get primary physical custody of my son, which truly was best for him. Attorney Neidig is generally able to negotiate with with the trail judge and opposing attorney in good faith.

Will submit anything

Attorney Neidig will submit court documents without any actual confirmation of truth on your behalf. She may even send correspondence to the wrong law firm as well. She will argue your case blindly and even ask about missing core documents in front of other counsel.

Confident and great personality

I hired Jenna to handle a custody case. I admit I had some concerns initially because she is still relatively young but she was very knowledgable and confident at the custody hearing. I haved worked with a lot of attorneys over the years on various issues and found most of them to be lacking in one w...ay or another. Jenna is the exception! I found her to be both easy to work with and knowledgable.

Update....

I really liked Ms. Neidig, she presented herself very well and she seemed to be very confident in her role. Unfortunatley, as a consumer I did some of my own research and found CaseLaw that seemed to contradict some advice she gave; however, when I presented the information to her she advised that p...roceeding based on the research would be detrimental to my case and did not advise it. I was VERY disappointed (and in complete shock to be honest) when shortly thereafter I received a Petition to Withdraw as Counsel from her that contained her reasons to withdraw were for the reasons she advised would hurt my case, thus she was documenting in her petition to the court that I wanted her to proceed specifically in the direction that was against her advise, which essentially advised the court of my interest in pursuing my case in a way she advised would prejudice my case. First, although she stated it in the petition, she DID NOT tell me that she would petition to withdraw if I didn't follow her advise; Secondly, the wording of her Petition to Withdraw as Counsel was worded in such a way that it seemed very angry, somehow it didn't even seem like it was something she would write - she was so kind and considerate any time I spoke with her -- but beware, her paralegal seemed very capable, and, Thirdly, her Petition was factually inaccurate, I don't know if she deliberately attempted to deceive, but the information appeared to me to be deliberately worded to prejudice my case. I would probably recommend her if your case was rather simple or you dont believe there is much risk to the outcome of the case. My case is complex and she wasnt a part of it from the beginning, so I think she made some assumptions that weren't quite accurate and I would say contributed to the advise she gave. In addition, she repeatedly referred to consulting with a managing partner about the case...I would say that person made some inaccurate assumptions too... just my opinion about the whole scenario.

Recommended!

Ms neidig was the 3rd Attorney I retained for a unique custody case (ie grandparent vs parent). After over a year of POOR and misguided representation I was in search of someone with a strong presentation in court and when communicating with the defendant; I believe I found that in Ms Neidig. My reas...on for giving her 3 stars for knowledgeable is because my own research on my case found different answers than what she gave on one issue (of many I presented to her), which she was reportedly being instructed by her boss. It appears she is new in practice (one year admitted to bar?) but she is very good! I have no doubt she will get even better.
