As Partner & Head of Intellectual Property at McCormick Law Firm, I help tech companies, startups, and institutions protect, monetize, and enforce rights to their intellectual property and technologies. But my practice goes beyond just traditional IP work. I advise clients on all other aspects of a business, from negotiating commercial leases to human resources matters. And, because my background (both education and experience) is in technology and IT, I speak the language of engineers and developers.

I’ve handled countless trademark matters before the USPTO, managed complex IP portfolios, and handled the full spectrum of copyright and trademark matters for my clients.

I’m also a Certified Mediator (through the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania) with a knack for resolving complex, high-stakes business and IP disputes out of court.
