Theresa A. Mongiovi

Ms. Mongiovi is an attorney who I refer my clients to for specialized representation. She is a great counselor and is consistently responsive. I also have colleagues who have been opposing counsel in cases. Her reputation as an experienced attorney who is professional and honest makes her a challe...nging advocate- but someone who commands respect.

This Lady represented me in an action. She dropped the ball on a release in a settlement. As a result this opened up an opportunity for the opposition to amend a statement of claim against the remaining defendants and bring me back into the action. Shortly after this issue was brought to the atte...ntion of her firm, she resigned from the firm and began working with a lesser firm. I don't know if she was “allowed to resign” due to her actions. She abandoned my case after about 18 months of work. I don't have to explain the risks inherent with taking on a new representative mid case. Take care when retaining this one and any firm that would engage her.
