Mr. Stout was by far the best attorney we have ever had! Other attorney's we had in the past were always so difficult to get in touch with or didn't return phone calls. I never had a problem getting in touch with Raymond which was such a relief while my boyfriend was incarcerated! I always had a resp...onse within an hour, day or night. Raymond was hired for my friend that is in Lancaster County Prison. Her boyfriend and I got a hold of Ray and made an appointment to see him. After the initial consultation we kept in daily contact. Yes Ray uses text, however, you can't make a phone call from court. I appreciated the fact that we cou...ld stay in contact with how things were going and what was happening.
