Raymond Ellsworth Stout III

I was recommended by a bail bondsman to speak with Mr. Raymond Stout about my case. I was never arrested before in my entire life, I have no prior convictions of any kind. This was a DV case, needless to say I was very nervous as to what was going to happen. I had two consultations with other lawyers before Mr. Stout. Both of which left me with feeling nothing but hopeless and scared. I found Mr. Stout by chance and he gave me hope again. I was more than pleased with Mr. Stout. He went above and beyond the call of duty to get me out of jail. He was willing to work with my boyfriend in my absence, and had almost no time to prepare because I hired him just days before my court date. Upon my release he contacted me immediately to check o...n me, and for me that speaks volumes as to his dedication. I would highly reccomend Ray.

I have never been in any serious trouble until December when I was charged with Possession with Intent to Deliver - my public defender had me convinced that he could get the charges lowered, possibly even dropped - so i trusted him. Needless to say I lost my Supression hearing and Trial in May. I was... devastated as I was now looking at 9 months in the County. I contacted Ray as I have previous conversations with him about a friends case to see if my mother and I could sit down and talk to him about my case. At this point there was no deal to be made, no sit downs with anyone - i was found guilty, ordered a PSI, and due to be sentenced within 90 days.
