Paul S. Zimmerman

Paul Zimmerman is the worst. He said the $1200 retainer would take my girlfriend through to the start of a custody trial and then he gave us a bill for an additional $1200 (for a total of $2400) and said he wanted that and an additional $3500 up front before the trial began which would be fine EXCEPT... he didn't do his job. He never listened to a word we said, constantly gave the courts wrong information and charged for everything he did (even tasks he repeated because he either made errors). He would call my phone and leave a message and then immediately call my girlfriend's phone and leave a message and charge $75 for EACH message! How about you stop leaving two messages within a minute of each other? Idiot. He was also responsible for typing up a letter for witnesses to sign and got every single detail wrong, NEVER actually mailed them out and then charged $150 each for mailing them. How can you charge for something you didn't do? I've never met a more incompetent lawyer in my entire life. I can't speak on the other lawyers but avoid Paul Zimmerman at all costs.

excellent lawyer. doesnt just go by the evry day routine proccess lawyers go by. he keeps up to date on the ever changing laws and actually takes the time to explain and show them to you in detail and give a clear explination of their meanings. this guy is a hard worker with a busy load on his plate,... but still never missed a single detail and always makes sure your on the same page. the leval and efforts mr. z. putt into my case far exceeded my expectation Thanks Z and everyone at MMZ

excellent atorney, his motivations are not money or just keeping a quota to keep partner, this guy relly does go above and beyond as does way more then any other lawyer would ever do. he litteraly raises the bar. easy to deal with, works with you big time, LISTENS TO YOU and considers what you have t...o say and uses it and whats on your mind or how you feel about things. Mr zimmerman has takin extrodinary measures, even on his person time to help me in ways no other lawyer would ever, this guy wants to see you win, even though the courts wont alwasy agree with you, he does everything he can. i can honeslty say that Mr zimmerman is up there in my book of heros and people who have touched/changed my life.personaly. he gives great words of wisdom, helps guide you and keep you on track with not only great legal advice, but he putts it in motion and takes action to help ensure you stay on the path to prize y ou are after more then any other lawyer would, i truly feel i will be forever in dept to mr zimmerman for all the help, advice and guidance he has given me in and out of the legal world, tho i was a client to him, i have gained so much from this guy as a friend, role modle and influence to me and has touched me personaly. i dont know if you read this but thank you, the graditude i have for you is beyond what i will ever be able to say, and i know its just your job, but you take your job to a level which no other lawyer does, and i will be forever in your dept for it. if there was ever anything i could do to repay and show how much thanks i have for you, i would do it in a heart beat! i really do feel blessed, lucky, foutunate and greatful to have a lawyer like mr zimmerman. im sure anyone else who would hire him would feel the same way as i do and be as forunuante as i was to have him on my side. above and beyond great attorney!

I hired and began working with mr Zimmerman about a year and a half ago. Everyday i am ver amazed by the amounts of time and effort he has putt into my case, he has dedicated alot of personal time even working and preparing at odd hours late in the vening and even on the weekends, including sundays. ...just the prperation and communicatioon proccess alone sets him apart from any other lawyler i have ever considerd. Mr zimmerman is ver comunicative, and over looks no detail, every and everything, you go over with and have a full conversation and get into detail, this leaves nothing missed aswell as helps give myself, the client a full understanding of everything and lets fae it... there is alot that us everyday people who arent lawyers know about the law and procedures, and mr zimmerman does an extrodinary job of helping you understand. I remeber just recently, i went in for a meeting with mr zimmerman, just to get a few simple answears to some questions. unlike most lawyers who will charge 200. just to answear them, mr. zimmerman actually gets into full detail and preperation mode on everything i ask, he is always taking notes and always rember and refers to them. I feel the whole entire firm at MMZ does an amazing job and treats all their clients with an extrordinary leval caring and professionalism. I have never been treated and felt this way about any lawyer or firm ever! The secretarys and legal aids, actually take time and get to know you and be friendly with you aswell as give you advise and understanding of the hard times that come with your case. I have personally seen and expirenced other partners in the firm, take action and involvment and interest in my case. When i hired Mr zimmerman, i felt as if i got the whole firm with him, and im shortly coming up on 2 years in being involved with MMZ and still feel strongly about everyone there. When it comes to billing and pricing. Mr zimmerman prices are extremly fair, and when considered with the extra efforts he putts in, i really feel i got my moneys worth. I would highly reccomend mr zimmerman and his entire firm to anyone. I have gained so much with my case including way more time with my child, way more knowledge then ever when coming to custody law and i feel i got more then a lawyer, i got a very good person who has inpacted my life in more then just legal ways, and i feel confident in saying that any person that hires mr zimmerman would get all that i got from him and more
