It's all about Billable Hours
He came to the hearings totally unprepared and wasted a ton of time and money fumbling through papers that had been filed and he didn't even have in his file. He continually was disruptive and had to be directed on several occasions by the master to keep on point and move ahead. He charged plenty for...
