After a near 6 year fight trying to achieve a disability adjudication hearing, without success, I turned to Melissa. She was thorough in her initial intake, she maintained/endured constant communication and I do mean constant communications from myself to her office and responded every time. Not once... did she ask me to please stop. I was appreciative of her understanding, compassion, desire to "get this one done". While the outcome was not a slam dunk victory and fell well short of overall expectations, she still achieved a favorable decision from the judge. I would have appreciated the considerations that Melissa had provided me, from the adjudication process of the administration itself. The system is flawed. It needs repaired. Never the less Melissa receives the 3-C's award from me....... I have a personal journey to undergo from here. It won't be easy, but I am positive if I have any questions MY attorney will respond...
