Jozefa Kristina Jackson

I originally hired Jozefa a year ago for child custody and have re-hired her a little over a month ago. I have been dealing with a very challenging child custody situation for 13 yrs. I have hired other attorneys in the past and was displeased with their apathy, lack of work on my case and and gros...s over-charging methods. I was shocked at how reasonable Jozefa's rates are. She charged me HALF of what another attorney charged me TEN years ago, when I first had to go to court for conferences. Jozefa has a heart for children. She is a true advocate and cares very deeply for the children and what they are going through. She fought my case with integrity, grace and energy! She was prepared far more than any other attorney I have ever seen. She knew my case from memory and presented very strong every time we went to court. She was very good about getting back to me quickly with answers to my questions, and guiding me through the court process. I read these reviews before I met her. I am glad I ignored the ONE negative review. The fact that there were inconsistencies in that negative review, made me question the validity of the complaint. Jozefa does not deserve that nasty review. It certainly was not MY experience or that of others whom I have talked to that hired her. She came highly recommended to me as well. Her main goal is the children, protecting them and fighting for their rights. That was my focus as well, so she was the right attorney for me!! My family and I will ALWAYS be thankful for what she did for us. I am so thankful to have met her and highly recommend her!

I hired Jozefa Jackson as my attorney in our custody battle. She worked so hard on our case. When she went into the court room she was completely prepared and ready for everything. The best part of working with her she was honest, never given false hope, and never asking us to twist the truth like ot...her attorneys we had spoken to. She is very knowledgeable with the law and practice. She knows how to help make a bad situation bearable for not only myself and husband but for my young children. She made it possible to keep my children safe. I could never thank her enough. If you are looking for someone that will work their hardest and make your case as important as their own, she is the attorney for you. You'd be lucky to have her on your side!

I would never write a review unless I had a need to share an experience that was so overwhelming. I was more emotional and scared than I ever was in my entire life when I went to see Jozefa Jackson for a consultation. I thought I would lose my son. There were so many threats. She calmly let me kn...ow what needed to be done, and then she proceeded to make the horrible situation go away. She told me she "couldn't guarantee any specific results", but she helped achieve more than I could have hoped for. I can only say one thing: If you are in a custody battle, make sure you have an attorney that cares more about your child than she does about money. Mine did.
