I had created a stipulation in the plea agreement that if my client performed well on probation the prosecution would not be opposed to ha ... ve the case reduced to a misdemeanor and adjusting his probation accordingly. At this hearing I was able go above and beyond the stipulation and earn my client a reduction to a misdemeanor, termination of probation and a dismissal/expungement. Thus, clearing up his record entirely.
