Jack L. Graybill II

Took our money & did NOTHING! Represented my sons in disorderly conduct case. He NEVER even looked at our evidence, asked VERY FEW questions at the hearing, both sons were found guilty. Told us after a hearing we could appeal on our own and do exactly what he did ...... When they self represented... in appeals court they won WITHOUT him!

I retained Attorney Graybill to represent me after my sons mother filed a false PFA against me, alleging (amongst other things) death threats and child abuse. My Wife and I shopped around, and both agreed that we should choose him. From the start, Jack was honest and upfront about everything. Conside...ring how short notice this case was, communication and preparation leading up to Court was great. Myself and my witnesses all felt ready and had no questions when we walked in. We spent a painfully long day in the Courtroom and ended up being there until after hours. Jack was organized, calm, well-spoken, and professional throughout and did an excellent job in accurately depicting events, examination, cross-examination, and closing. The end result was her final PFA being denied due to failure to meet burden of proof. I suppose it didn't hurt that my sons mother showed up in shackles and an orange jumpsuit, but even so I believe that without his expert representation I would have been lost as to how to deal with that day in Court. I would absolutely recommend him to any good parents in similar circumstances.

I am very lucky that I was referred to Mr Greybill. Jack is the type of person who does his job flawlessly. He knows the law inside and out and is always prepared. I put myself in a pretty rough spot and if it wasn't for Jacks work ethic I'd be in a lot more trouble then I already am. He works very i...ntelligently and is always ahead of the game.
