Robert John Schefter Jr.

Mr. Schefter represented me in a traffic accident trial in which I pleaded not guilty. I was rear ended but was given a citation because the police officer & the driver that hit me said that I pulled out in front of the car that hit me. Thank goodness I had taken pictures of the scene & with Mr. Sche...fter representing me I was found not guilty. I had never been involved in anything like this before & was very nervous about the entire ordeal. A few days prior to the trial Mr. Schefter reviewed the questions he would ask me while under oath, he also gave me a good idea of what to expect from the judge, the police officer & the other driver. Having been well prepared I felt a bit less nervous about the situation. The morning of the trial, while waiting to go into the court room we reviewed everything again & Mr. Schefter told me to keep looking at him if I got nervous, that was the best tip he gave me. I was scared while testifying but concetrating on him put me more at ease & was able to tell my side of the incident with confidence. Mr. Schefter was very professional & did an excellent job, he made me feel confident knowing he was in my corner & believed in me. He is a wonderful attorney & a very kind man. I thank him & would highly recommend him.

I had a different lawyer originally that when my deal came up he hadn't really done anything for me. Non of my charges were dropped and I was getting nearly worst case scenario. Mr. Schefter took on my case And turned everything around. He has now made it possible for me to move on from this mistake.... He got charges dropped and other charges changed exactly as he had hoped for. Great job! I would suggest him to anyone. My case was a dui with a minor with marijuana with child endangerment. Not an easy case to work with.
