I hired this attorney through Stock & Leader for my case involving domestic violence and an injury exasperated due to this violence. During the settlement part of my case Attorney Gierasch told me initially that I would get a very large lump sum from this case. When it came to the end of my case h...e did his very best to try and get me to settle out of Court, after telling me I had a very strong case and grounds to fight this in court if necessary. When it was all said and done, when i wanted to stand my ground and take it to court because i believed i had a strong case, even as he and others said i had, he tried to intimidate me by yelling at me and threatening me that if I did not accept the opposing parties offer that I would be seen as difficult and not walk away with much at all. To this day, if I would've gone to court, I know I would've faired much better. Don't hire an attorney who's afraid to take chances and go to court when you have a winning case and especially one like this who makes you question, "who's side are you on?!"
