Justin Michael Heisler

I practice in all areas of criminal defense except for death penalty cases. I represent clients on anything from summary to felony level. I also represent clients for expungements and pardons. My practice is focused in York County.

I do extensive work in York County (and surrounding counties) in custody and divorce. I will zealously advocate for you and your family and help navigate the family law process. I am confident my experience and knowledge will aid in your success.

I represent both Plaintiffs and Defendants at Protection from Abuse hearings. I have extensive experience in handling these matters, with knowledge on the pros and cons of how to handle any and all situations.

I will draft basic wills, power of attorneys and living wills.
