Client charged with misdemeanor criminal trespass and false reports after being accused of lying to PA State Trooper about an incident in a bar where she was accosted by a former male acquaintance. Fo ... llowing a bench trial where a security video was broken down for the judge moment by moment, it was clear that my client did not lie to the police when she reported being harassed. My client was acquitted of the misdemeanor charges, and received a fine for a summary offense only.
