Jeremy David Williams

Jeremy Williams has taken care of a few things for me since his beginning. I believe in 2014 was the first. He is great at explaining things and keeping you apprised of the situation and what is going on. He also keeps expectations realistic so you aren't let down in the end. I had a felony marijuana... charge and already had drug charges before but Jeremy was able to get me house arrest when most thought I would end up in a state penitentiary. He was even able to get my property all back including the bank accounts that were seized. This amazing lawyer even fought a driver's license issue all the way to the state supreme court for me, SUCCESSFULLY. I absolutely recommend him to anyone in need of a lawyer that I talk to in life.

Jeremy D. Williams, Esquire is the WORST attorney I have ever had. I was referred to him by the county assistance office as to a low cost legal aid program participant which is called Modest Means. Next, I met attorney Williams at his office called Vaughn Law Firm in York, PA. Attorney Williams gladl...y took my case and even more gladly cashed my personal check for a retainer fee. However, after that he was not returning my calls, emails, he was not doing anything at all. After 5 month of hiring him I called the Courthouse to find out he did not file anything yet and he is not even representing me yet. Called his office several times, he is never available for me. Spoke to Tina Strausbaugh, his office assistant who answers their phone, she doesn't want to take any messages for him and is not helpful at all, except standard "I can ask him to return your call" or "I can transfer you to his voicemail". Dead end! What type of "attorney" is this? I am extremely disappointed. Hoping to take my $500 back.
