I was also assigned to him as a client to be my court appointed attorney instead of a public defender and I feel like he was awesome. I had felony charges because of someone else’s doing and he was able to drop it down to disorderly conduct charge which is the lowest misdemeanor possible. All I got w...as court cost. He didn’t take any nonsense and argued it all for me. I still contact him from time to time for advice and refer him to other people.

I was assigned to him as a client to be my court appointed attorney instead of a public defender. I would have been better off representing myself. He didn't listen to my story even though I tried several times to tell him and refused to fight or even negotiate for me the way I asked him to. I was... under the impression that attorneys were to act and speak on behalf of their clients and I don't feel like he did this. My charges were 4 counts of conspiracy to commit retail theft. I got these charges because I let someone borrow my vehicle and they used it to shoplift big ticket items. I ended up with two years probation, court costs and restitution. The original plea deal was just the court costs and probation but the DA added restitution at the last minute and Mr. Moore wouldn't argue that for me, seeing I was 36 years old with no record. Now I have a record, and owe thousands of dollars for something I didn't do. Maybe it was that he wasn't getting paid that he didn't do his job. But essentially he allowed me to get railroaded and I would not recommend him to anyone. I believe I could have done a better job if I represented myself.
